NJCAA FOOTBALL COACHES ASSOCIATION HALL OF FAME
Nomination Form

Eligibility: Nominees will be considered based on the following:
    1) The nominee must be an individual who has been associated with and/or contributed to the National Junior College Athletic Association and  the member school's program.
    2) Items to be utilized by the selection committee in determining nominee (s) eligibility for presentation to the Executive Committee of the
        NJCAA Football Coaches Association and Football Committee are grouped into the following categories:
A) Coaches:
    i) Minimum of 5 years membership                                                     iii) - NJCAA and other Football Coaching Records
    ii) NJCAA Football and other Football Service                                       iv) - Special Honors/Awards Attained through Football
B) Players:
    i) Former NJCAA players who have made outstanding and significant    ii) - NJCAA Football and other Football Service
contributions to the NJCAA and the NJCAA football program.                   iii) - Special Honors/Awards Attained through Football
C) Contributors:
    i) Non-NJCAA members who have made outstanding and significant      ii) - Minimum of 5 years NJCAA Service
contributions to the NJCAA and the NJCAA football program.
D) Teams:
    i) NJCAA Teams who have made outstanding and significant contributions to the NJCAA and their respective NJCAA football program.
    ii) Special Honors/Awards Attained through Football.

Special Procedures:
1) All completed nominations must be in the possession of the President of the NJCAA Football Coaches Association, no later than June 15th of
     each year.
2) President will screen all nominations for completeness and meeting of association requirements for nominees.
3) President will prepare and present to the Football Coaches Association Officers and Football Committee Chairman a list of eligible nominees
     by July 15th of each year.
4) Hall of Fame Committee will screen and vote on all eligible nominees.
5) Selection of new members will by vote of the Executive Officers of the NJCAA Football Coaches Association.
6) President, Hall of Fame Committee and NJCAA will announce the new members selected for the NJCAA Football Hall of Fame to the NJCAA
    Membership on August 1 of each year and recognize them to the members attending the American Football Coaches Association Annual
    Convention.
7) If a school 's nominee (s) are selected the NJCAA school must provide their Head and Shoulder Vertical 3x5 Photograph.
